Gulfstream Trading, Ltd. (“GTL”) was established as a Texas Limited Partnership in 1993 by Michael Foulard, President of the General Partner.  GTL is focused on the trading of petroleum feedstocks, chiefly various naphthas, gasoline blendstocks, liquefied petroleum gas, and petrochemical by-products. 

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, we are registered and bonded with the US Internal Revenue Service and hold a Texas Fuel Tax Permit.  In addition, GTL is registered to do business in the U.S. Gulf States and other areas of petroleum trading activity.

Gulfstream Overseas (Bahamas) Ltd. (“GOB”) is a registered Company incorporated in The Bahamas in December 2003.  Business activities involve trading of petrochemical and refining feedstock and biofuel feedstocks outside the United States of America and include providing shipping and risk management services to our clients. In addition, we have invested in a 100 million gallon per year ethanol dehydration facility in the Caribbean.
